XBoX 360 Drive: Samsung
The XBoX 360 came, 3-4 days early from Dell :).
It turns out that they have Samsung drives. I was able to tell by the way the tray looks. So this Thursday I’ll be flashing 3 XBoXs, all with the same drive.
I still have to research how to do it, not to mention buy a DVD DL burner and DVD DL media!

2 attempts and not done yet. Turns out I need a certain sata chipset to get this working, if that means anything to you. I ordered a new SATA pci card to flash it.
