This is a blarg post.
Things I don’t like:
- Twitter, aka the I-already-know-more-than-I-care-to-about-you web two point oh app.
- Lol{insert domesticated animal here}s. It is no longer cute.
- Spore, aka the in-trying-to-be-everything-to-everyone-we-became-nothing-to-nobody game. Did I buy it? Nope. Am I glad? Absolutely. Loved antispore, though.
- Politics. Hurry and elect someone already.
- Leo Laporte and his plethora of podcasts. If I accidentally stumble upon another one of his lame Visa ad spots I think I might jam pencils into my ears.
- Apple fanatics; especially everyone who owns an iPhone. The iPhone owners of today are same douche bags who were the hybrid drivers of yesterday, and the popped-collar douche bags of the high school era.
- Web comics. Everyone is doing one. 1% of them are funny. xkcd is not in the 1%.
Things I can’t say that I don’t not dislike:
- StackOverflow, a great way to get once-off dev questions answered in a timely fashion. This is what Expert Sex Change could have been, were it not so Expert Sex Changey. I actually really like their ideas of community moderation, it reminds me of something I had worked up a few years back and never finished.
- Bowling, 212 is my high game as of last weak in our league. Hoping to get a 225 this season.
- The onion, especially their video podcast. Great stuff.
- Game podcasts, I’ve yet to find one I haven’t enjoyed listening to.
- Basketball, maybe my work team will win a game this season…

That seems like a decent list. I suppose that some things bother some people more than other people.
I did find a single xkcd comic that was actually funny (a long long time ago).
Apple Fanatics (*cough*Jason*cough*) can be an interesting bread. Besides, we all know they paid a little too much for their gear….

Too many people think xkcd is good. That makes it inherently bad.
I actually like Apple products, just not the free marketing they have with their fanbois.

Finally someone else who hates Twitter. It’s like a blog with ADHD. I would love to see a weekly list of things Ray hates or have irritated him this week.
