		<description>Actually, the device was VERY faulty, which is why they were out of stock, so many poor units.  I actually know 2 people personally with the same exact issue, and the forums are littered with my same issue: white spot on bottom left of the screen; seemingly related to freezing issues.

The hacked rom actually DECREASED the freezing issue.

The new phone does not have a standard headphone jack, but it does come with a usb-headphone accessory as well as a usb to headphone adapter.</description>

		<description>I&#039;m not sure what you did to your mogul, but with a NON-hacked phone, I&#039;ve had the thing freeze on me once in the two years I&#039;ve owned it... I&#039;ve updated the rom on it twice, to the latest copy, and still have no issues. I think it is possible that maby you just dicked with it too much.

As for the new phone, that looks pretty sweet. It&#039;s got a lot more shiny bits. The one thing I want to know is if it has a standard headphone jack or still goes with the crap mini-usb adapter.</description>
