Big Week
This is a big week for me as far as employment goes. STILL nothing locked down yet, but it seems to be getting there.
I went to a job fair and have had two interviews so far, and it’s only Monday! Things are looking up! The job fair was recommended to me by Geoffrey, and only featured Radisys of local tech companies. I’m waiting to hear back from HP, Unitus and Harland, and had interviews with Sourceforge and GiftTree of Vancouver. And finally, I’m still in limbo with my uncle… he is offering me employment, only a 45 minute drive away.
There’s another job fair on Thursday, if things go REALLY well, I might not “have” to go to it :).

edit: Also have an interview with Laika this week and Compudyne next week.

Meh, I’m still in limbo as well. Had an interview with a company in Tigard on friday, and it went well. I am hopeful. I talked to Geo today about the job fair, and he told me not to worry about it. As I see from your post, radisys was there, but not much else. I’ve looked at Radisys, but didn’t see anything there. Anyways, I might see you at the thursday fair because I need to keep at the grind.
